That is an informative article. And there is no question that many states and communities are needing to do more with less.

On the bright side, the market is huge and suspect we only need a very small fraction of it for PDSG to move into the green. I think most here would be happy just if PDSG could just reach a point where they were able to Break Even. IMO.
