Can I get a legal opinion ?

Being the plaintiff, shouldn't Barco have to prove the circuitry, they use, does not infringe on the MMP patents ? If Barco does not infringe, why wouldn't the plaintiff jump at the chance to show the differential evidence ?

If Barco uses out of house circuitry, why are we wasting time on them, instead of going after their source...and source to many ?
