Barco and Ts Litigation

The recent pacers indicate that Barco is doing its best to avoid discovery. I do not see any disputes re Acer and HTC. Does this mean we have or will get what we are asking for in those cases? Having some difficulty trying to properly interpet why it seems only Barco is complaining and why it seems the only dispute (so far) is with Barco.

Am I misreading what is contained in the most recent pacers? Anyone.
