I certainly agree, but that wasn't the question. Perhaps I was not clear?

The question was .... If Acer and HTC are not complaining about discovery like Barco is, does that mean we are/will get the discovery we want? Obviously our case is significantly more difficult to prove if we can not get all the chip-level and product discovery we are asking for. Conversely, one might assume our case is easier if we do get it. And in the case of Acer and HTC, perhaps we are?

Is anyone aware of pacers involving Acer and HTC with similar discovery complaints? Perhaps I've overlooked them. I'll try sifting through the history, but if anyone knows, please advise.
