The posts in question each have a little green flag assigned. You folks be the judge.

One actually addresses something to do with PTSC, but appears to be an exact duplicate of a previous post by the same user (who has been previously warned - and banned -for such behavior. Just yesterday I pm'd this user recommending an alternative approach for amending a prior message without repeating the bulk of the message, suggesting that once someone opens the seemingly redundant message and sees the exact same language, they'll automatically stop reading - rendering their effort futile. Recommendation ignored.).

Others do not address PTSC at all, and should have been handled with a pm (that's one of the things the pm feature is designed for).

Violations Ignored! And those posters, well, they think everything's okay, and will make the same type violation again in the future. The policeman/HL apparently has zero respect for the rules. This actually promotes disrespect of the rules by others.
