I don't think "frustrated PTSC shareholders are voicing their frustration to PTSC with demands for prompt settlement". That may very well not be in their best interest and they know that. They are however, voicing their dissatisfaction with PTSC direction/management/execution/fiduciary responsibility ---- and rightly so. Big difference.
