Logically wouldn't a CEO of a company that has been bombarded by e-mails from shareholders that have voiced concerns over their investment be able to communicate something to the shareholders to assuage the fears without violating an embargo.

PDSG? Expectations ? How about an update as to how the product is being recieved, implemented and or the timeline moving forward if it is not a profitable investment.

So your take is this silence is very obvious and logically induced by the litigation with TPL?
