What do shareholders know?

Unfortunately, shareholders are not priviledged to communication between Pohl, Carlton Johnson and Eric Swartz. That relationship coupled with various statements from PTSC may raise eyebrows at the SEC. The only way to know is if the SEC were to investigate, because shareholders have no visibility into the triangle of Swartz, Leckrone and PTSC.
Did BOD members receive compensation from Leckrone beyond anything publicly stated? Leckrone did take the lead at many shareholder meetings. Shareholders smelled a rat at least back to the Sony deal, the BOD did not? The BOD didn't file to allow Eric Swartz to unload? You file to stop bad dealings, right? hmmm ...
Many, many questions that only an investigation could resolve imo. Some of the above may not be true. Some might be true. Other issues not mentioned may or may not be true, but the only body that could obtain emails, etc., would be the SEC. Again, unfortunately, shareholders only see the smoke ... Where there is smoke ... right?
It is hard imo to believe every single PTSC dealing with the "triangle" could be 100% above board. Not to mention the personal communication between BOD members and shareholders about at least related business issues to PTSC. Did anything "borderline" take place? Again, I don't know but an investigation would determine the issues.
From a shareholder perspective, I guess the only thing that wouldn't unite a bunch of shareholders to bombard an office with messages would be significant SP appreciation. At somepoint, say after the T3 lawsuit, I'm quite certain shareholders could be banned together providing no SP appreciation takes place. Enough people have signed onto less important dealings ...
Lastly, and again unfortunatley, there isn't anything that can be said to a bunch of us shareholders about how the PTSC has been led. I would bet close to 100 million shares would vote against the BOD during the next election. Banned together. No spin doctors could dissuade more than 10%.
