Hello Ron,

as to my knowlege/memory some guys here said, that Jude Fogel was affirmed to be more connected to the big companies. Hence, if a change happens, maybe a new game starts. Hope not to get a delay because of a new judge etc.

We just can wait and hope some siggnificant changes in the patent cases and the BOD happen.
