Judge Fogel is leaving the bench

Upon information from a contact at the court, Judge Fogel is leaving the bench, and the case will be reassigned to a new judge. My contact is not sure when that will happen,
probably within the next few months. Also, it is not certain if Judge Fogel will be
hearing any more motions in these cases (Acer/Barco/HTC) before he leaves.
