All Cliff said in response to my question was that "yes they were going to change the company's filing status at the end of this fiscal year." I did not get the impression that he was projecting anything about the future.

The filing status change was based on a look back in time to where the company was as of Nov 30,2010 and that dictated the change in filing status. I believe it can always change again.
