I can't say what Cliff thinks will happen in the future. What I believe is that based on the public float as of Nov 30, 2010, PTSC qualifed to change its status to non accelerated filer as of the year end (May 31, 2011). Cliff confirmed this when I asked (rather typed) the question at the shareholder meeting.

I don't know if it effects the filing deadline of the 10K (annual report) or starts with the first quarter of this new fiscal year.
