Does anyone know how to check with the bankruptcy court to see if TPL has filed BK.

Am I correct in thinking that if TPL files bankruptcy, it wouldn't effect Alliacense. It is my understanding that insolvency is the main ingredient for terminating the master agreement, ops agreement and ComAg.

Perhaps PTSC is waiting for the opportunity to renegotiate a deal with Alliacense directly. I'm guessing it would still mean involvement with Leckrone in some way. Or, perhaps PTSC has another licensing company in mind.

Just my thoughts not based on any factual evidence other than Patriot's allegations that TPL has been rendered insolvent.
