With all the talk about SEC reporting

may I humbly suggest 2 things. First, I would like to see a post with a copy of Laurie's and ease's, and whoever else has suggested SEC reporting, own report to the SEC. I am very curious as to what they would consider as actionable by the SEC and would also like to see that they practice what they preach. Anyone else that would like to post what they have sent to the SEC would be welcome to do so also, of course.

Then I'd like to hear Ron's critique of what they have submitted - whether he thinks the SEC has power to do anything about the particular complaints they have registered, whether another legal avenue might be better pursued regards particular complaints, etc.
