You are entitled to your opinion, we all have one. I believe the SEC can determine for themselves, if there is substance enough in what shareholders have to say to prompt an investigation.

Can you begin to imagine what Swartz could possibly have overheard, or seen by virtue of Carlton Johnson working in the same office. Do you know how the office is set up and where they sit in relationship to each other. More importantly, does anyone know what the office configuration may have been 2005/2006.
