As of an hour ago there was no further court date on Judge Fogel's calendar for Acer/Barco/HTC. Pursuant to the last pacer, I believe TPL is pushing for a Markman in September and the other side is trying to push it out seven months or so.

PTSC is scheduled for a case management conference with TPL in September. This has been on the calendar for September since January. If they requested the Sept date, waiting for the outcome of the Moore case perhaps Moore's recent posts on his blog, may indicate the game plan may be changing for PTSC. We shall see.
