I've written off my investment, and I assume many others have also. Get a backbone and do not relent. Force Leckrone into bankruptcy. Destroy his name so he can never work again.

If PTSC can not get substantial money from the MMP, then risk the collision. Take Leckrone down (from an MMP perspective only) with you if that is where the ship is going.

Who cares at this point? I get the feeling Leckrone will budge if he really is in trouble at some point.

PTSC, make a deal with Moore behind the scenes. Be as conniving against Leckrone as he has been towards us. Get an independent licensing company, sign up Moore with PTSC, exclude Leckrone and let him keep all the reverse engineering garbage and if some day you can cash in, great, otherwise let the ship sink and be done with this.

Forget Leckrone. Let him pound sand. He burned us, not Moore. If Leckrone treated his business partners well, we wouldn't be in this mess.
