Moore v TPL

TPL's demurrer is scheduled for Tuesday June 28th. On Friday June 24th Moore filed a 1st amended complaint.

I assume this counters the demurrer by introducing some new complaint which is not addressed in the original complaint. I believe TPL has 10 days to respond to the amended complaint.

What impact this has on the June 28th demurrer is unknown. Perhaps none. Maybe the court rules on the basis of the original complaint and then allows TPL respond to the amended complaint separately?

I think everyone assumes that Leckrone is challenging all of Moore's complaints. In researching demurrers, I was able to find out that they can be partial. Now that I know that, I'm wondering? Another reread of Moore's original complaint is in order.
