I also found it interesting. Apparently we don't have enough evidence on Leckrones wrong doings to force some settlements. If the allegations were true then he would also be worrying about criminal charges IMO. Is he just that much smarter than than his partners. He basically was asked to license a joint owned patent portfolio and has commodeered the entire operation.
