I never indicated the date. And there is nothing in the file that indicates the exact date. I suspect is was around June 2nd or shortly therafter when TPL failed to file the brief. I believe the 7/5 date was the date the appeal was to be heard, but I do not know that for sure.

You are free to go and check the file and disprove anything I said. The case number is in my prior post. Perhaps this helps. In any case, I hope you are not denying what the description says. It is a copy paste. Not handled by me.
