Moore does not no the number since it is based on License revenue less legitimate expenses. Moores whole case is the establishment of a definition of legitiamte and a thorough invetsigation of the TPL ledger.

Furthermore it makes little difference of whether someone has all the money to pay you. You still need to establish teh debt ON THE RECORD... Moore sees this as 50mm give or take the leeway in the defintion and quantification of legitimate expenses.,
