According to Moore's complaint (p.22) it reads..... Plaintiff Moore has been damaged in an amount according to proof at trial, but reasonably believed to exceed $20Million.

He also asks for: general and special damages, as well as punitive and exemplary damages

Might this have something to do with the $50Million?
