Order after hearing on (1) Motion by Defendant TPL for leave to file a cross complaint against Plaintiffs; and (2) Case Management Conference- signed by Judge

Further CMC scheduled for 7/8/11

Ron can you comment on the significance of the order about the cross complaint. From what I read it seems that the Judge ruled in favor of Chet Brown and TPL objected to the entry of judgment, then asked to file a cross complaint. Why would the judge allow this or is it a matter of law that he must allow it?
