I have previously written, several times, to Cliff at ir@ptsc.com

and have received no response. Today, I sent an e-mail to the person whose e-mail

address you have provided (thank you). I asked her

1) if the above address for Cliff still valid

2) to please ask Cliff to write a candid and hopefully sincere letter to shareholders advising us about the status and future of PTSC.
