What you`re talking about appears to be stuff prior to the 890/336 re-write....
The original 749 patent (written in 89`) had the inclusion of the 2nd clock circuit.
What we are after, is did he know about the 2nd clock operation circuitry change detailed in the `336 patent.
Your information is unclear and incomplete.
