Two things going on at 10AM today

Motion for leave to file cross-complaint (TPL)

Further Case Management Conference

7/8 Motion to seal records (TPL of course!)

Good luck Chet Brown! Might be interesting to read this one to learn what the amount is that TPL is required to pay before the records are sealed (assuming TPL's motion to seal is granted by the judge)
