I say enough with the TPL strategy. Let's see if the BOD can insist upon a public settlement no matter what the outcome, unless we lose of course. Otherwise we wait for an SEC compliant report? Been there, done that, and there was nothing. And I would be willing to bet there will be nothing there again.

Intel, HP and Fujitsu were all publicized, plus another I can't recall. There is no reason why future licensees can't be publicized. The BOD of PTSC should force TPL to push the T3 litigation to a court victory or loss, unless a settlement amount is very high from each company AND can be publicized.

Time for the BOD to advocate on behalf of the shareholders and give TPL zero flexibility in negotiating with PTSC, or anyone else. Do NOT allow TPL to calculate a settlement that covers their multiple litigation costs and any awarded damages adverse to their interests. Force TPL to make PTSC shareholders happy by bringing closure to this ridiculous episode. Bring the BOD salaries down and tie them with the performance of the company. Otherwise where is the incentive to play hardball with Leckrone? We don't need "qualified" anything on the BOD, we just need someone who has the ability to standup to TPL.
