A law suit aganst the company would hurt this investment not help.

At this point it's about retribution and justice. PTSC at current is no longer an "investment." Could a viable suit drive them "out of business" as you say? Maybe. But seeing as how there is currently little to no business would it really be that much of a difference? Might it just hasten the inevitable?
