Our BoD and management(Cliff) doesn't listen and obviously they haven't learned yet that shareholders should not be ignored and tossed aside like discarded trash or it may come back to bite you where it hurts. They don't respond to the needs or the requests of shareholders. Rather than work to unite with shareholders by having a shared vision or partnership with us they prefer the old style of leadership which pushes to dominate.

They are neither leaders nor visionaries and in my opinion we need both leaders and visionaries. They have admitted (or at least Gloria has) to making mistakes. However, they take zero responsibility for failing shareholders. Instead, shareholders (or at least one shareholder) were blamed for not selling when there was an opportunity to make a profit. Meaning what? Was there was only one opportunity, which has long come and gone, to realize a return on investment?

Has anyone ever heard from Cliff, Gloria or Carl confirming that the bylaws were in fact amended to reflect majority voting? I have sent my third e-mail this day requesting confirmation of this. I fear that my request will go unanswered a third time.

The way I see it is that we have two options:

1) send daily complaints to the SEC with concerns about the BoD/management and how they have failed shareholders. DAILY COMPLAINTS may eventually result in an investigation or suit by the SEC

2) File a derivative action lawsuit. LAWSUIT by and for the shareholders/company. Any money awarded goes back to the company for the benefit of all shareholders (not the person/persons filing the suit).

The first takes time and the will to be consistent. The 2nd takes money and enough shareholders with the willingness to part with money and a belief that we can make a difference.

How many of you are willing to do 1 or 2?
