As far as I know, there is no new date for a markman....only a case management conference scheduled June 24 ( I think). My guess is that a new markman date may come from that next meeting.

I just hope that no significant new questions arise from the amended infringement claims that would prompt yet another re-examination based on some other prior art.

My question for the BoD is this: is the Stryker deal large enough to keep litigation going and if so, for how long? If not, and there are no new licenses forthcoming....how long before PTSC goes bust?
