Unless I am wrong I believe it is the same regulation that allowed Pete Lozano's daugther to nominate him last year. The same one for which our Proxy statement gave a June 1 deadline for submission of those nominations.

The only thing that I know of that has changed is that the effective date for the new SEC rule that mandated inclusion of nominees in the proxy (except for small filers). This has been postponed due to litigation and even when resolved, will force us to wait three years because as you know, PTSC is changing it's filing status to small filer at the end of this fiscal year.

Are you saying that shareholders are not at liberty to submit names to the BoD hoping for their blessing and inclusion in the proxy? When did that change?
