thanks ronran. I did not mean to apply tpl could influence the markman. I previously and others i think htc was using stall tactics on the markman. still pretty confusing. i think you are saying the markman just has been postponed until the judge weighs over the new evidence. thought texas used the patents as a basis for forming most of their opinion i believe. What is the basis then for a markman? Why not just get patent experts and go to court. just trying to formulate court procedure and what to expect. thanks in advance
