5% is just north of 20M shares, right? Around $2M.

And 50.0001% would cost around $20M. So how much does anyone believe PTSC would receive in future MMP revenue over, say, the next 3 or 4 years?
Since past information and future "guidance" is either not given or vague, only an insider would know if it's worth putting down 20M to go private.

Is this something that would need to happen before the next SHM?
