I am not attorney so I apologize for using the word appeal in reference to TPL's response to the judge's decision. From the file

There was a tentative decision (in favor of Brown)

TPL objected to the judgement

I believe that another case management conference is to follow.

I cannot comment on Brown's wife's involvement in the case as I have no knowledge of this.
