Phil Marcoux is in litigation with TPL over "chipscale". I believe this group of patents was commingled with the MMP portfolio. I was looking at the case information for Marcoux and found the following which I found interesting

First of all PTSC is listed as a Defendent along with a lot of other folks.

Next, I saw this:
