Certainly you are entitled to your belief that it was not Apple...I disagree

In Moore's complaint he does not say that PTSC's portion of the multi million dollar mystery contract was 5%. What he states is:

Upon info and belief, TPL elected to attribute only 5% of what was upon info and belief a multi million dollar licensing fee to the MMP Portfolio.

You said "The 5% MMP IMHO is the 5million dollar license license that was in our compliant and that Moore blogged about... in which MMP was 500,000 then we split that 50% making PTSC portion 250,000 or 5%."

If the mystery license in total was only 5 million then based on Moore's assumption, only $250,000 or 5% would have been attributed to the MMP ....with a 50/50 split (before expenses) that would mean only $125,000 to PTSC

Is my thinking flawed? corrections welcome.
