TPL/PTSC/Moore

The more I dig the more I am of a mind to believe that PTSC purposely put the litigation on hold with TPL waiting to see what happens with Moore.

As I indicated in prior posts, if you look at the court calendar, case management conferences were on the schedule with very brief intervals. Then, suddenly everything stops until September.

Think about it....if Moore wins and regains his patents (his 1/2 of the patents) what reason would PTSC have to continue to negotiate with TPL? Does the MA and ComAG address licensing 1/2 of a portfolio? Would the MA and ComAG still be valid if Moore is out? If not and if Moore wins, wouldn't that further PTSC's chance of having the MA/ComAG voided? All eyes on Chuck Moore.....

If they are not doing it already, PTSC should be cozying up to Mr. Moore, just in case. Afterall, if Moore wins, he could end up selling his half of the portfolio to someone else then where would that leave us?
