<What leads you to believe that Chet Brown's case had to do with an employment contract? >

It is my belief that Chet Brown was an employee of TPL. Am I mistaken? I know Moore said investor, but if one works for a company on the cheap, with the assumption that the percentage of revenues is like a 401K plan, then it would be all in the employment contract. If he was never any employee, then I must reconsider my speculation.
