Thanks for reminding me that you had previously posted over a year ago that Nielsen had left TPL and that subsequently PTSC confirmed this.

Was his departure coincidentally around the same time that PTSC learned of this mystery co-mingled license agreement that resulted in a suit against TPL? Perhaps Nielson is the one person with a conscience who may have felt compelled to share information.

His complaint surely would be an interesting read. You and I share similar beliefs about this company and those who have benefitted the most at the expense of the shareholders. The Patriot story reminds me of any long running soap opera. Tune in years later and the story line hasn't changed much. Different actors perhaps but same old stuff.
