I can only think of one reason that it took this long...... The Chet Brown case.
From my reading of the public docs, it appears that the Brown case went to trial late November. At that point nothing is scheduled on the court calendar. On Feb 3rd the judge signs an order sealing the records. My assumption was that since nothing was scheduled on the calendar, we were waiting for something from the court. On March 29 it looks like there was a tentative decision made by Judge Huber. April 8th TPL objects to the entry of judgement. A clerk's notice posted on April 29th informing of a CMC scheduled for May 13th.
Not much to go on, but TPL's objection to the entry of judgement seems to indicate a Brown win. If Neilson was waiting to see how that case turned out before filing, then his filing in itself might indicate a Brown win and big enough to make it worthwhile pursuing.
Hopefully this signals the beginning of the end for Leckrone. Have to wonder if other Intellasys people are also preparing to file now.
All IMHO
