I'm sure there's nothing to this complaint! Afterall, as we see below, I'm sure that Nielson is STILL there at TPL. I wonder if this filing ALSO constitutes "fantasmagorical tripe"?! lol

Makes you wonder "which" contract that Nielson claims TPL breached? One that he had as a TPL employee at the same time he was supposed to be the "INDEPENDENT" member of the PDS management committee (what a farce that is), or is he suing as an agent of PDS now?

Too bad PTSC didn't have the patents on "Onion Peelers" as we'd have made a fortune off of these interactions between PTSC, TPL and RELATED parties. The beat goes on, the share price leaks, and the BOD collects their money. Fiduciary duty?! Bah....Humbug!

Did you perhaps consider that such a vote may have cost Neilson his job or that his disagreements with TPL might have led to him leaving TPL prior to the vote?

Where do you find this fantasmagorical tripe?
