no offense paul but the question that rosewood asked was why we are here. because you are tired of hearing about it does not change the fact that the bod is why we are trading below a dime with little indication of any change based on the last financials reported.

yup they screwed up.....and this is a repeating pattern. are they motivated to make changes? why in the world would you believe they are making changes or motivated by anything other than collecting their monthly checks? because of the last financials they reported? seems like business as usual to me....and i am guessing maybe the investor sees no change either.

you would actually vote these guys back in if they tied their compensation to the stock price? the real bottom line is that they have no idea of what they are doing or on how to run a company. how do I know this? simple....results....and they actually admitted it when they tried to explain how they pissed away over 100 million on losing acquisitions.

the only change that would benefit this stock is a complete managment change.
