Would it be possible that,by fighting us on this issue to such an extent,that their legal

costs would appear to exceed "Nuisance Value",That the "T-3",are thereby showing

us that any settlement that might ensue if they were to lose to us ,would be SUBSTANTIAL?

Perhaps in the 'upper eight or even nine figure' range??
