The PR says: "increased involvement of Patriot in the oversight of the MMP Portfolio activities"

I believe this means that TPL cannot sign a license agreement without PTSC's approval. I don't believe this effects the language of the MA/Operating Agreement/ComAg (whichever applies) whereby PTSC is still required to get approval from TPL before releasing information.
