I have owned shares a few years longer than PC, but the M.O. re news releases is recognizable. Noticed that volume was up about 2.5X today (1.15mm sh), so capital value traded was just over $100k; also, 100 shares passed after hours at .09, so a .005 gain on tomorrow's open - about $2mm in total capitalized value.

As to whichever (accumulation or dumping) is happening, can't really form an opinion. But it appears someone, for whatever reason, pushed the price back to .09 for a measly nine bucks.
