yes the ground penetrating radar was sold years ago. in my view woody norris had a turning point at this point. the ground penetrating radar was his baby. this was the reason nano and woody merged. the other point: helmut was sick, but believed the radar and the chip would be a marriage and very succesful together. the radar was sold to i believe a arizona co. then to a foreign co that eventually filed bankruptcy. now where does that leave all the patents. we sold it for pennies. sad for many. my view

now I have a question those preferred shares that will really dilute the common shares thorn over many heads. who will get the opportunity to purchase those. bod quiet. will common shareholders have a shot at this. need a experienced player in preferred to answer. personally do not know much about preferred buy yearning to learn thanks. i do believe bod approved authorizing preferred shares but time does play tricks on me
