Dued listed the links to the patents. They have Moore and Fish listed as the inventors (as most already know) but as assignee was Nanotronics. And we know that was merged with Patriot. The assignee in legal terms is the owner of the patents - not the inventor. Isn`t this all a bunch of paperwork to get the judicial system to formally recognize Patriot as the sole owners of the patents. Looks pretty clear cut - as assignee.
