I remember when PTSC almost went under. You stepped up and played a big role in saving the company. You took on a huge role, in part, because you were representing the Falk trust which owned millions of PTSC shares. Things did not unfold as you nor I had hoped. People like C.Johnson got on board who had zero concern for shareholders in general. These people schemed to profit for themselves and not focus on the big picture with shareholder value as a concern.
I realize Brian got associated with you all and has said some hurtful things. Many of us here have hurled stones at the board of directors. Understandable considering the pain and sadness PTSC events have brought into our lives. As a result of this shareholder anger, you board of directors have retreated more than usual. Tight lipped and almost us (the BOD) against them (the shareholder) mentality. It's like you and Cliff are following Johnson's example. Is there any way we can get past this and back to shareholders supporting the board of directors as they work to increase shareholder value?
Don't we have to be let out of the dark for us to have an opportunity to show support. Personally I think you were over you head when it came to dealing with the likes of Leckrone. Shifty skunk with no morals is hard to comprehend. But you are a smart lady who learns quickly. I trust you have learned and can right this ship. Do you even want to put forth the effort any more? Does Flowers? What is the game plan?
Thanks
