I think the displeasure with the BOD compensation is the value returned

for said compensation not being of value.

But then again I guess you could turn that around and ask "What do

you expect for $72,000. a year"?

It looks more like we are getting what we pay for, which is a lot

of wasted years and weeping and gnashing of teeth.
