Yup, I agree. But we don't know for sure what other compensations they are getting. So for the worst possible case I used the total SG&A. Even with this worst case estimate it's still spit in terms of earnings impact.

Yup, I agree. Even though the BOD comp is spit in terms of earnings impact, it's not appropriate and lacks incentives to get somnething done.
